On May 15-16, 2021, Xiamen UMS Information Technology Co., Ltd's survival strategy seminar and planning meeting was successfully held in Siming District, Xiamen City. The seminar was attended by all the management of the company and General Manager Kony attended and made an important explanation on the overall planning guidelines. The focus of the planning meeting was to analyze the current internal and external situation, discuss the top-level design of medium and long-term development strategy and the strategic positioning and planning of key business segments, and arrange and deploy various tasks of strategic planning for 2021 and the next 5 years.

In the strategic planning, we used the methodology of profitability model, IPD, BLM model, etc., fully made a detailed analysis of PEST, Porter's five forces model, Boston matrix, SWOT and strategic orientation, combined with the actual development of the company, formulated the company's strategic planning, business strategic planning, and also made a scientific analysis of the company's development positioning, development model, development path, development initiatives, etc., and formulated the overall development framework for the future development of the company.
